Return Policy

We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.

All returns will be refunded in form of store credit that never expires. You will be credited the cost of the item less the shipping fee. You are responsible for the return fee as well.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without letting us that you will be returning it.

There are certain situations where credits are not granted: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items; ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Credits (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you don't receive an email from us within 5 days of the item's arrival to us then please contact us at zcloset.ca@gmail.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zcloset.ca@gmail.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to the below address:

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 5-15 business days from the date the production started.

Please note: We do our best to ship orders out within 3-5 business days


CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
